• 薛硕，副研究员。主要从事火成碳酸岩型稀土和铌成矿机理，亲硫性元素俯冲带循环和风化壳型重稀土矿床的成因。主持或参与国家自然科学青年基金和中国博士后科学基金等项目。目前以第一或者通讯作者在Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta (2篇), Geology, Journal of Petrology, Geological Society of America Bulletin (2篇), American Minerologist (2篇), Chemical Geology, Lithos (2篇), Ore Geology Reviews发表英文 SCI论文12篇。目前担任GCA、Journal of Petrology等期刊审稿人。

  2010-2014年，本科毕业于中国石油大学（华东），主修地质学。

  2014-2019年，中国科学院广州地球化学研究所成矿室。

  2018-2019年，莱斯大学访问学者。

  2019-2021年，中国科学院广州地球化学研究所  博士后。

  2021-2023年，中国科学院广州地球化学研究所  特聘研究助理。

  2023-至今，  中国科学院广州地球化学研究所  副研究员。

研究方向主要是通过实验岩石学的手段去模拟真实地质过程，观测元素富集和分异机制，应用于俯冲带元素循环、矿床形成机制和岩石学成因方面。近期的研究兴趣集中于（1）利用实验岩石学模拟火成碳酸岩型稀土和高场强元素矿床成矿过程；（2）模拟沉积物熔融过程中稀土元素分异和富集机制；（3）利用非传统同位素技术示踪稀土矿床成岩和成矿过程。
